Entretien
First was an online coding assessment which was really easy. Then about 3 weeks later, I interviewed with them through zoom with two engineers. It was an hour long, half behavioral, half technical. Then about a week later, I got an offer.

Question 1
Behavioral: First question was "why USAA"? Next questions were "tell me about a time when...". Technical: All pseudocode. First question was given a list, sort the first k integers in ascending order, then the rest in descending order. Second question was to return the number of negative integers in a linked list.

Entretien
Online OA which was 3 questions and easy. Then a final round technical and behavioral with two engineers who asked a couple whiteboarding questions. No actual test cases or submission was made. Just talked through the solutions.

Entretien
First step was an Online Assessment that was timed at 30 minutes, 3 questions. Then had an onsite virtual interview for an hour. Half the onsite was behavioral, half was technical.
They are very responsive and have an incredible recruiting team. The interview covers half behavioral and half technical questions. They try to take care of you, and the interviewers are extremely welcoming and push you to succeed during the interview.
