I went up to them during an on campus career fair and they contacted me afterwards for a phone interview. Questions were relatively easy and the interview was very casual. They just want to get to know you. They emailed me a couple of weeks later saying they wanted to fly me in for a final interview.

First there was a phone screening. Then there was a meeting set up with a manager or maybe two. In the second interview I showed my portfolio. I then met with an entire team and also shared my work as well as learn more about personalities.
