They did a phone interview first where they go over your resume and maybe ask you one or two situational questions. If you make it past the phone interview you will have an interview with the hiring manager. They ask many more situational questions and want you to use specific examples you have from past work, school, or military experience.

Multiple stages: phone and 1-2 in person. It also included a personality and speed typing test. A little strange, but whatever. Pass them both and ended up getting the job. From start to finish it was 3-4 weeks to get hire date.
