Candidate beware. This process involved 6 interviews (including the panel interview with 3 people where they each came into the interview at different times) a caliper test that took over 2 hours to complete and they contacted my references, but did not call them back. I followed up after each interview and was told I was still being considered, but there was very little communication or explanation. I felt that I was being "played" and lead on unnecessarily.

USI always kept me up to date on the interview process. Consisted of a phone screening followed by 3-4 interviews with members of the team. Everyone was incredibly helpful, and always took time to answer my questions thoroughly.
