Drove an hour to a hiring fair in Naperville. Spent an hour waiting to get called for my turn. The interview was two questions long, I gave great answers and why I would be great for this position, using my past career experiences. Asked a lot of questions about the company that internet research couldn't answer, and I was positive after that, that I'd like to join the company. Never heard back unfortunately. I'm leaving a negative review because I'm salty that I never heard back and was told to expect a call or email soon. Other than that the interview and process was easy and fair, and I can tell they want people who'll go out there and pump out work for 8+ hours a day.

I had an interview on a Tuesday through a zoom call. Was asked about my experience working outdoors and if that was an issue, working long hours etc. It was a very simple and relaxed interview.
