Three rounds of technical discussions and a managerial and hr discussion. First round java and db. Second round spring and tools like git, Jenkins, spring boot, aws, etc. Final round team management.

This was a cal by referral , 2 level of technical interview, 1 level of hr telephonic interview. Then came lot of negotiations mostly on sal and benefits. Most of the benefit were not on paper finally.
