First round technical screening (Pre scheduled)-15 mins rapid fire questions. It was a good experience
Second round - zoom video call (Pre scheduled) -1 hour coding interview where neither the HR or the interviewer shared their video but asked me to share my video. HR took my consent and took a screenshot not sure why it's being used. Asked interviewer to share video but was refused with reason "Not allowed to share video and only candidate should share". Was a horrible experience as I had to talk seeing myself in a video chat but the interview was good and ok. Impression negative
Third round - (unscheduled unknown caller) - calls and says he is from UST global and says need to talk few minutes. I was in a project call, excused thinking it would be a quick call. To my surprise it was a third round interview. Asked few questions, I was able to answer few not able to answer couple as I was in a different mood. Not sure if I'll be selected but my impression went from negative to worst.

The interview experience was smooth and relaxed. The interviewer was friendly and tried to give hints while solving the questions, which made the discussion comfortable and helped reduce pressure during the problem-solving process.

Quick Rejection and Harsh Response
I had a 30-minute technical interview where I was asked questions related to backend development, cloud, and general programming. I answered some fully and some partially.
At the end, when the interviewer asked if I had any questions, I asked a basic one about the tech stack and DevOps responsibilities. He harshly told me to ask the HR, which felt rude and unnecessary.
Just 5 minutes after the call, I received a rejection email. The whole process felt rushed and not respectful to the candidate.
There were,
One technical round
One managerial round. In the technical round asked about java core concepts, java 8 features and sql.
Managerial round was evaluation of analytical and communication skills.
