As soon as I arrived, the manager on duty was outside all over her boyfriend, so I had to wait for her to come back in. This already made me feel uncomfortable. When it was time to be interviewed, the lady who interviewed me never introduced herself and rushed through the interview. I know I wouldn't get the job because other than the manager and lady I interviewed with, there were only young guys who worked in the position of which I was being interviewed for.

Smooth process took about 3 weeks from start to finish. 2 interviews one with sales manager and one with store manager. Just basic questions about customer situations and how I work as part of a team

Applied online. Got a call from HR to set up a phone interview the following week. After phone interview got called in for a face to face interview with sales manager. After that interview I got called in for an interview with the store manager. A week later I got called with the job offer. Took about 3 weeks overall. After you verbally accept offer you have to fill out information from a 3rd party for a background check and take a drug test.
