Extremely friendly and casual. Not intimidating at all, they simply ask who you are as a person, what are you goals for the future and some of your favorite hobbies. Cake or pie?

Difficult, drawn out interview. 3 interviews total, last one with upper management. Also when you're hired you must complete a menu test, which requires you to know all items on the menu and you have to get a 90% to keep your job.
