I applied online and through a direct recruiter at Udhyam in 2021. The interview process was supposed to be 3 rounds. I had completed the 2 rounds of Technical interviews online. Before the final round, I was informed that the requirements of the role itself were in discussion and encouraged me to look for opportunities outside of Udhyam.
