      The first step is an invitation to a HackerRank-type assessment that asks between 10-15 questions that test logic and somewhat difficult GRE-type questions. After I completed it, the recruiter emailed me and said my next step was to have a video interview with another team member, implying that I had passed to the next round. I asked for more details with no response, followed up a couple days later again with no response, and decided to give up on any further follow-up. I understand these recruiters are busy and juggle many applicants but dangling the next interview round and then ghosting the applicant is unprofessional and disrespectful. I haven't a problem with being rejected, but would prefer to be notified about it, let alone duped into thinking I advanced.

      Conversational Q & A, with Director and Peer PTC exchanging questions. Rapid fire topic switching which was slightly disorienting as questions did not naturally flow from one to the next. Interviewers required scenarios/ examples for every answer I gave. Seemingly open ended questions, but asker was clearly looking for a 'correct' response. During my time to ask questions, the interviewers did not give satisfying or specific answers to my questions. I did not get a clear picture of what it was like to work at UiPath, only that it was intense, quick, the rest is opaque. Had I been selected to proceed with the interview process, I would have had many more specific questions for Uipath.

      9 interviews in total, all one-on-ones, ranging from interviews with PTCs, Technical Interviews, VPs and the MD. The process took just under 2 months, which I think is good all things considered - however the end to end process and the exact composition of the hiring panel was not set in stone from the outset, so there is an inherent need to be flexible throughout the hiring process which again I took as a positive because it was a sign to me the UiPath team takes talent acquisition very seriously and will ensure they find the right fit. Similarly it was good for me to be exposed to so many of the team and get some better insights into their culture

      Technical interviews were less technical than I thought they would be, very little about the product specifically or asking hard scenario questions.

      There was a Hackerrank online assessment; 10 logic questions (multiple choice answer) and 2 coding questions (choose from a set of language and write a function that addresses a specific scenario presented.

      Question 3

      Interviews are not formally structured (e.g. sequence of set questions and they grade you on each one) . They are free flowing conversation and the initiative of each interviewer to ask questions they think releveled, and mainly around experience, why your skills match the role, your understanding of the role and the organisation, and a lot of general questions which gauge your character.
