There will be multiple people you will need to interview with which can sometimes make for a drawn out process. Company is very focused on being able to relate and speak to their core values. Ask if their is anything they would like you to review before interview.

Online & ghosted there’s a very quick start in the beginning but then after the first interview, I was completely ghosted and I emailed twice with zero communication back, the interviewer was very kind and polite, but the frustration was all through the lack of communication
