Practical interview was a demonstration of my product application and massage techniques to the salon manager. 60 minutes facial with extractions (they like using q tips not metal extractors). They rated me on using the steamer and covering the eyes turning on the lamp/ analyzing the skin/ proper dermalogica product selection (that’s what they use in their facials).

When I was exfoliating they face I was asked why is that beneficial to the client (the manager who was having a facial asked what are you doing and why to see that I am familiar with the skin layers and why is it important to remove dead skin layers and that the product/ serum penetration will improve When face is really clean and well prepared).

Entretien
Interview was with the salon manager and you had to perform a facial. After the facial was performed I was told I would hear back from them if I got the job or not
