I applied online and they called me a few days later for an interview. I went to the store and talked with the manager. The interview only took about 15 minutes and i was offered the job on the spot

You're asked about your previous work experience and if you have any transferrable skills to contribute to the workplace. Personality alignment and foreign languages were mentioned as well. They asked me about scheduling preferences and gave me a date for training.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
