I applied online and received a call in about three days for an interview. My interview consisted on not only answering a few questions but also a practical. I was asked to wax and shape an employees eyebrows. No one supervised me during the processes so it was very easy going. After they inspected my work they told me they would call me back.

I had a short interview with manager going over job responsibilities and my experience with waxing. They want you to be proactive about coming in with a book. They also do not have a cancellation fee policy. We also talked about scheduling a practical.

Horrible interview, asked too many personal questions like if I was going to have kids soon? I’m pretty sure that’s illegal. Uncomfortable interview process and bad communication from manager. It felt unprofessional and I was shocked.

Phone interview with RAM then interview with General Manager both interviews were easy going, especially with RAM she was easy to talk to.
GM was pretty cool too but I felt like they sold me a lie through the interview
