I have not had an actual sit down interview but I've had a technical. I brought in a model and had to do a color, cut, and style. Everything went smoothly and I've been asked to come back for another interview. The only thing I struggled with was time. I'd never used Redken color and I had to look up mixing ratios and processing times as I went along.

The regional manager was ghosting me when I made several attempts inquiring about the position as hairstylist. I interviewed in February of 2020 and was accepted the position. Sadly Covid came.
I applied/inquired two times after Covid and the manager never called me back. When I finally got her on the phone she was very abrupt, dismissive, and said she is not hiring. That was not true, they are hiring.

General manager was super sweet, I think every location is different, My location was a new one so everything went by quickly. You need to do a practical interview as well.
