Applied via a recruiter, was emailed with a request for my ability to do a 30min zoom interview with the hiring manager. I gave several options and they responded quickly with their choice, selecting an interview time that was a few days away. Interview was pretty standard. Took 3-4 weeks to hear they had selected another candidate.

Entretien
I have four rounds for this interview; meeting with the hiring manager and then HR followed by a panel interview and an onsite interview. The final onsite interview includes a 30-minute presentation with a 15-minute Q&A, and 5 one-on-one meetings with the team members. The overall feeling for this application: HR for screening call is friendly and easy to talk to, but sloppy work from the HR who arranged the interview schedule. Some cross-function managers are not as passionate about working there. The hiring manager is nice but quiet and not good at communication. The company is pretty empty because of the flexible WFH policy, which is a negative impression of the company. The interview process went smoothly and the team members were friendly and nice.
