Thank you for your feedback and the time you devoted to the interview process. We receive over 1000 applications for almost every seasonal Customer Service role and do not get the opportunity to speak with everyone, even those who are qualified, before filling a very limited number of openings. That being said, we use assessments to verify applicants' at-home tech setup, written communication, logic reasoning in common customer service situations, and their ability to deliver support that is both high-quality and timely. We utilize those test results to remain equitable and efficient in our hiring process.
