Applied online, then had a screen call with their internal recruiter, then waited nearly 2 weeks to get a system-generated email saying I wasn't a "perfect fit" - this was despite the fact we both considered my skills and experience to be very closely aligned to the role's requirements. I can only assume my salary requirement was too high for them - there's quite a few reviews on here that state the pay at UA isn't competitive (so if a similar thing happens to your application, then you'll know why).
