Phone interview was based on Java. Interviewer was a technical architect at Unicon. He didn't ask me a single question on my resume or prior experience. All questions were on core Java concepts. Its very important to brush up your Java concepts before appearing for this interview. Most of the questions were comparison questions. Like compare Java with any Object Orriented language, Compare checked and unchecked exceptions, Compare interface and abstract class, a few questions on garbage collection as well as JVM, a few questions on comparable interface.

Question 1
What is the difference between Java and any OO language?

The interview process was misleading. I was lead to believe they were hiring for a SWE when in reality they were probing for Solutions Architects with SWE experience.
Round 1:
Interview with recruiter, Piper Companies. They would keep me on the phone for hours at a time and offered very little in the way of preparation.
Round 2:
First interview with a level III engineer which went as expected.
Round 3:
Technical interview which had an awkward start, a lot of gamer speak/slang. Very strange, albeit cringe and somewhat toxic. The challenge was not at all difficult and went well.
Round 4:
Meeting with HR. I was initially led to believe I was meeting with the HR department, then was told by Piper at the last minute three C suite execs would be attending. They asked mostly sales related questions that I was not prepared for. They were looking for people manager/SA with strong SWE background at $70/hr. I took a pass because it seemed like a toxic environment.

Had a initial Phone technical interview mainly asking Java/OOPS concepts questions.
They then called me for a in-person interview.
First round was a technical interview with a team of team lead and developers.then had to fix some code.
Second round was with Project Manager asking HR questions
