First there was coding round (written) then 2 technical interview+hr round I have given 2nd technical interview (today) and waiting for result It was not good but I can expect positive result

In Unify technologies Direct interviews happen after resume selection in the company through recruiter, no technical test before interviews round just directly interview scheduling happens, mostly resume selection happens through recruiter point of contact, who selects candidates based on their skills in resume

Good, quick and streamlined process.
Interview Panel was good
Evaluation and questions were interesting
Gave all the necessary insights during the interview process. Explained the job description clearly. The time between the interview rounds was quick. Was able to finish all the evaluation rounds in a week's time.
