HR was really great! So many HR phone screens are a waste of time. This HR person was thoughtful, asked many good questions and was a super listener.
Very friendly work environment
Many employees and managers have been with Union Bank for over 10+ yrs
Senior Managers were sincere and made me feel comfortable

It was a clear process with anon emails. The interviewer was clearly taking notes the whole time and had scripted questions. She was friendly though and enjoyed the culture of the company, but wasn’t that enthusiastic about it.

The interview process was great. All of my interviews were comfortable. I was given plenty of opportunities to highlight my skills. I had an opportunity to also meet branch staff.
