The management has changed significantly so has the interview process. They had pretty relaxed interview process and didn't seriously ask me questions pertaining to the job. it was a panel interview and seemed like there was a popularity contest within the interviewers. They gave a skill test which was emailed was emailed to me.

Panel interview with 3 current employees. Questions were mainly directed towards my experience and background. I had the opportunity to ask questions throughout the process. The panelists had similar but different positions in the company, along the lines of my application.

The interview consisted of one phone screen with the recruiter and a on-site interview with the hiring manager. Overall the recruiter was very helpful and manager took the time to answer questions.
