Very involved process, three panel interview with manager, potential trainer, and a potential supervisor. The interview went very well. Received the offer and went through the background check process. After going through that process and then going through the training, the trainer was not a good trainer at all.

I was scheduled for a video interview....nobody showed up to interview me. After contacting the company they scheduled another video interview for me, then cancelled it and replaced it with a phone interview. During the phone interview, the recruiter let it slip that all the spots had already been filled. I expected better than this from UNP.
