The interview process was very thorough. I was taken on a detailed campus tour. I met one-on-one with the immediate supervisor. I had lunch at a nearby restaurant with a staff member. There was a group interview/panel with staff. This was a very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. I received an offer but declined due to the low salary. I wish they would have advertised salary in advance.
