I went through the hiring process for the role of Business Analyst.The profile selection was done by a recruitment agency who then forwarded the profile with the Uniphore HR folks after a discussion with me. The first round was a Ppt presentation preparation about the organisation and its products. It was a good starting point as I didn't know the organization and it's culture before. After the PPT was shared, I got a call from the HR team in 2 working days to schedule an interview. It was scheduled with the VP of delivery. The interview mainly focussed on the roles with the previous organization. The entire process was conducted to check if my previous roles would help with my role here and if my attitude would fit the team and organization. After the interview, I was asked to have a discussion with a senior manager who again asked more about the previous role. The interview went on for like an hour. The feedback was given in 2 working days followed by salary discussion. The overall experience was quite good as the HR team here does a great job. Throughout my entire notice period of 3 months, the HR team of Uniphore stayed in constant touch with to see everything goes well. I was a little paranoid as my joining date fell on Apr'20 when there were shutdown everywhere because of pandemic. But the HR team made constant follow ups and conducted the onboarding process virtually(online). It was overall a good experience and I joined the organization to see that the attitude extends across the organisation. Hoping to have a great time here.
