Gave us scenarios for example a frustrated customer and were asked how we would deal with the situations
I got an email regarding the interview the next day applied for it. They gave time slots for the interview, I had to watch a video about UNIQLO and once it finished I had an interview with the manager where she asked few questions and told me I will get a reply in a week. But I got a reply within 4 days after interview.
