There was an initial screening, then follow up interview with same person, then personality test, and finally the roleplay. Uses personality test to determine if the candidate would move onto the next round which was weird.

Recruiter reached out to me about my application. Called her back to schedule my interview for the following day. She never called on our agreed time. Terrible recruitment experience. Follow up is crucial to establishing a positive image.
