There was no interview process. I was laid off by Motorola and I agreed to take a pay cut and move a thousand miles away to take this job. I worked with Unisys 30 years ago when I was with DEC. they appeared to be a good company but I was mistaken

Very quick interview at head office. Mainly an assessment of character and ability in taking apart and putting back together a laptop. Customer service skills is the main thing they are looking for in the interview.

I was interviewed on the phone and also had to answer questions via skype by a recruiter that was very dry and did not comment on any of my answers or have any discussion of the answers that I provided during the testing.
