Unprofessional! Was lied to repeatedly in the interview, made to wait almost an hour for the interviewer to return to the office (he was out at a lunch with his mates and forgot he had an interview). Was promised more than i actually got (i was told there was no negotiation, take it or leave it). Extremely unimpressed with the way they treat people.

Very quick interview at head office. Mainly an assessment of character and ability in taking apart and putting back together a laptop. Customer service skills is the main thing they are looking for in the interview.

I was interviewed on the phone and also had to answer questions via skype by a recruiter that was very dry and did not comment on any of my answers or have any discussion of the answers that I provided during the testing.
