I have been interviewed by both company and the client before the offer was extended and client was very specific about what they want. Had a group telephonic and Q&A in email.
Skill set, Vocabulary test, Team work efficient, Efficiency with developing the applications
Process consists of 2 technical rounds and one HR round and optional Vocabulary round.
Final HR round will also have stress round

Pretty basic technicals and more of personality based, they would major look at you way of tackling scenarios and the response rate you provide how confident you are. Minimal technical queries in an interview and more of personality and attitude checked will be done
