Submitted my resume though an employee referral. Process took about a week. I got an email from the hiring manager who wanted to set up an in person interview. Did explain to me that she was actively interviewing other candidates and had someone in mind for the position but was interested in my resume and wanted to meet with me to further discuss my skills.
