First I had an in person interview with two people in the department, which went well and was pretty standard. After they asked me to do a second round, I had two phone interviews (for logistical reasons) with another person in the department and one that oversees multiple departments. I was offered the position the next day. The whole process (from the time I applied) took about a week.

Great process. For my campaign, I had a phone screening, panel interview, and a final coffee chat. Besides the phone screening, the interviews are done by those on your team. If your position requires a foreign language, you will be tested in it. During COVID, interviews and everything are remote, and I imagine UNF will continue with the remote interview process permanently.

The five-step interview process, that went by rather quickly. With each step, I heard back from the staff relatively quickly. In the process, be prepared to be available kind of short notice and there will be a portion in the interview process during which your skills are tested.
