Entretien
First interview was a written form to complete with questions about interest in position and strategic approach. Then interviewed with the program director and a few members of the program and communications team. Very pleasant interview with a good mix of technical and situational questions.

12/13 - Applied online.
1/6 - Contacted via email to schedule phone screen.
1/11 - HR Rep no showed phone screen. I emailed and asked for a status update and she asked me to reschedule.
1/13 - HR Rep no showed phone screen. HR rep emailed me and asked me to reschedule again. I contacted the hiring manager, who immediately responded and directly scheduled a screening.
1/20 - Hiring Manager screening. I don't even recall many position specific questions but the conversation was unbelievably relaxed and bordered unprofessional as there were a few slips of profanity.
I was given the heads up that the interview and hiring process was painful, as experienced when attempting to speak with HR for the initial screening. A few days later, I followed up as typical after an interview, but never received a response. I did not receive any updates or notification the position had been filled.
