3 Rounds - First round with HR for an initial screening, Second round is a 15 minute 1 on 1 with an Agent, and 3rd round is a panel. Know the clients, why you want to be an agent, and what specific departments you'd want to go into. Read the trades as well and be up to date on recent happenings in the industry.

It was very quick to the point however they will not provide feedback when asked, not consistent on timeline presented. They very much care about confidence and how you present yourself even more so then appearance.
three interviews total: first interview with recruiter was over the phone, second interview with soon to be co-worker was in person and the third interview with eventual boss was the same day in office
