A very laid back interview. Questions were based on community needs, and creative ideals for improving work. The organization is under new leadership so I sure much has changed. But overall the organization and interview was relaxing. Dress business casual, as this organization deals with c-suite individuals on day-to-day operations. The quality of knowledge and business and community by the staff is impressive. The experience overall was a good one.
