I had a positive interview experience. I felt relaxed and comfortable with the program director interviewing me. I was not able to be interviewed by the campus director who was not on campus at the time.
The director asked several specific questions. I got interviewed by 3 separate company staff. They made it easy for and hired me with very little teaching experience. They are desperate of finding instructors because of such high turn overs.

It was really straight forward if you have any experience in emergency medical services. The hiring department didn't know much about EMS in general, so it was really easy. Meeting the lead instructors (people from a few years ago) was what solidified me wanting to work there.

They will tell you anything to get you hired then forget what they agreed to then expect you to follow rules. They overwhelm you with work you have no idea how to do. They won't train you at all but expect you to know everything. People have walked off the job for this very reason.
