I received an interview two weeks after applying. I was asked to schedule a phone call with HR. The first interview was done by a technical recruiter. HR asked about background and tech art experience.

How did you be a technical artist in the past experience
I had 5 rounds of interviews for the position which seemed a bit much, I asked them the simple question "what does a normal day look like" and they didn't had no idea what kinds of things I would be doing. It was very vague.

It varied from technical questions about rigging and python to questions about my approach to problems.

Entretien
First, the first interview is the team leader-level second peer interview and the third director-level interview. The team leader interview asked technical questions and the peer asked if he was suitable as a colleague. I considered all the interviews of the head of the division and asked the overall questions.

Their recruiter contacted for the base interview before setting up interview with the supervisor and some people form the team. The interview was about 30 minutes, started with introduction about the team.
