J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Unity (Helsinki, Finlande-Méridionale) en oct. 2020
Entretien
The interview process is well organised HR and the hiring manager in the process were nice. I had the first interview through Zoom with HR, and the second through zoom with the hiring manager (the team leader of future team).
I got a take home assignment after the second interview. The process went smoothly so far, however, the take home assignment is not in good quality and outdated.
In the take-home, I got eight questions in total, six questions on algorithm, database, software pattered, and two coding assignments with spec/tests.
I applied for Senior Full Stack Developer with requirements on full-stack JavaScript, but Q2 and Q3 is using C++ and Ruby(?).
The worst of all, the questions are asked in a way with missing context. If you asked questions like this on Stack Overflow, the questions will get downvoted because it's hard for people to answer without knowing the context or the intend.
And, eight questions is too much, you are not Google nor Facebook.

Entretien
Started with an email from the recruiter, then a phone call. Recruiter was very nice and she answered/explained very patiently all my questions.
Then it was a programming test to be done at home, followed a few days later with a video conference with the team manager.
The next week was the face-to-face interview with many team members.

Question 1
No specific questions, it was more a 2-way discussion where I explained what I did at my former jobs
