All interview process has been 100% aligned with the 5 stages posted on Unity blog: 1. Recruiter phone screen (30 mins) 2. Hiring manager interview (30 - 45 mins) 3. Skills Assessment (Depends on the position) 4. Onsite meeting (back-to-back interviews with multiple future team members, each last approx. 45 mins ) 5. Reference Checks I like the transparency of Unity actually starts from the interview process. The recruiter and HR team remained active communication and being helpful during the entire process. The identity of interviewers were revealed in the invitation emails with their LinkedIn profile so you know who you will be talking with before the interview. All interviewers I met were very professional and polite.

Quick, but not super well organized. They simply stopped answering at one point. Also in a recruiter call, microphone had issues and the call proceeded anyway, even though it was repeated a few times it was challenging to understand what was being said
