Laid back, fun and informal group interview with roughly 10-12 people applying for the role. for 5 - 10 minutes we filled out a piece of paper (it was like a mini resume - asked for previous employers and positions worked, why we wanted to work at Universal, etc.) We were then partnered up randomly and told to speak to each other for 10 minutes, and afterwards tell the manager 5 things we learnt from that person. We were then put in 3 groups, and had to choose an outfit based on the age /gender of a hypothetical customer and the event they were attending. We had to explain the function of the clothing item and give an aesthetic reason for choosing it also. Again, split into 2 bigger groups. We had to brainstorm an 'invention' of some sort and basically market it, showing the manager our ability to sell product.
