I was seeking an entry-level management position. I was asked some general questions. The interviewer kept asking leading questions to get me to "admit" that I wouldn't be happy in the position. I was dismissed as over-qualified by "we're looking for someone we can train to do things our way," and "perhaps we might have candidates with more recent management experience."

Had to wait for an hour to be interviewed, however, the process was very quick and I was hired on the spot. Very basic interview questions were asked. The interviewer was also very personable

Entretien
Interviewed during job fair. Had first interview with a hiring manager. Was asked several questions about my background, why I wanted to work for universal, and availability. He then gave my resume to a manager for the position I was applying for Talked a little bit about the role requirements and then found a better venue that was more of a fit for my availability and experience. Hired on spot after interview. Then went in for finger printing and id pictures.
