Very basic interview! Asked me simple questions about myself, how I handle rejection, and how I balance a busy schedule. I was then offered a job immediately on the phone.

Easy! I only had one interview but I know most people do two. I know sometimes they make people make a deliverable/presentation in the second interview but they didn't make me do that! They just ask you about yourself and connections that you have on campus!
