5 step starting from HR to CEO with a structured process. All the interviews was made online. The position was "Country Manager" but It would be a "one man band" without a local team. I think the correct position It would be " Business Developer", because essentially it was required only commercial skills, not management and strategy.

In the last interwiew it was a role playing very non-sense, by using an old presentation of them with 24 hours of notice.

Entretien
Processo di selezione veloce e fluido, con deadline chiare e rispettate. In totale ho dovuto fare quattro colloqui: il primo con HR, il secondo con line manager, il terzo é stata la discussione di un business case e poi quello finale con il CEO.
