Emailed a questionnaire to fill-out (very similar to regular interview questions), then if you passed that questionnaire you got an interview. The first interview was over the phone, lasted about 25 minutes, at the end they gave me a range of $47,000-$52,000 starting salary and said they would not pay for relocation. After the phone interview they emailed me 2 tests to complete. Then they invited me for a 3 hour interview at the office which included lunch (at the cafeteria in the office) and a tour with other candidates, then they split us up individually; I did a Behavioral interview with 3 managers then a Case Study interview (they emailed the case ahead of time) with 2 other managers. Everyone seemed very welcoming.
