Began with a prerecorded interview, followed by a short and informal phone call. From there a more formal interview with higher level staff, with the possibility to move on to an assessment day.

I saw the posting on my school's career planning website, applied and about two weeks later received an email to schedule a 1st level interview. The 1st level interview was via webcam with staffing consultant, on the call she informed me that I would be moved to the next round. About a week later, I interviewed via webcam with three individuals, one current PDP, program director, and staffing consultant. I received a phone call the next day to inform that I was moved to the final round, the Assessment day. The assessment day included 3 interviews, 2 case studies, and 1 behavioral interview. The interviewers were really nice, and informative, I enjoyed the process.

Entretien
Submitted my resume and received an email asking me to complete a video assessment days later. After finishing the pre-recorded video I heard back from the HR very soon, who scheduled a phone interview with me. This phone interview was very short and the recruiter only asked about my leadership experience. The next round was a virtual group interview with managers.

It was a four step process. The first was a phone interview, then an interview with the hiring manager on zoom, another zoom interview with a manager, and then the assessment day with VP’s of UNUM.
