First there was a phone screen with an HR person. Second step was the in-person interview with the manager and a senior employee. It was fairly straight forward and easy.

Applied online, set up an initial phone interview within a couple days, set up an on site interview for the next week and took an online Exel exam before it, received an offer the next week.
Very friendly people, they really make an effort to make sure you're comfortable. Interview consisted of mostly behavioral type questions where you have to come up with specific examples from your past.

Entretien
Received and email within a couple days of applying, was asked to fill out a questionnaire/general assessment. Within 24 hours I was asked to schedule a phone interview. The interview was ok, would have liked to be asked more questions about my personality and trainability. Interview was very specific, so be prepared with specific answers and counters to those answers.
