I had my initial interview with Bianca, she was 7 minutes late and joined using personal account and cellphone. Asked me to turn on my cam and I did even though she did not open her cam. While talking she will go silent from time to time like she’s doing something other than the interview. 100% attention and focus was not given then when she’s ready to talk she gave me a brief background, she was not prepared. She then told me my background was too noisy so I said sorry can I go on mute while your discussing? She then said can we just reschedule? She was really mean and rude and insincere. Being the initial interview gives the first impression on behalf of the company. If Bianca is like this then what work culture do you guys have? She doesnt have the traits of an HR. Rude, arrogant and mean girl. Thinks she’s a high almighty cause people are applying to her company. Boo!
