The recruiter was good. Had an interview with the HM and initially the guy looked dissapointed during the interview. We had a good conversation but reading the room, he wanted someone younger. If I was in my 20s and possibly a good looking female, I definitely would have gotten the position. Diversity and Inclusion statements and missions are all a myth and a facade to look cool and hip. But it is all a pretense and rarely practiced.
