It was a 4 step process.
1. HR Interview + Technical Skills Test and Generic Numerical Test
2. Technical Interview with potential Team Leader together with team leader from another department.
3. Interview with Technical Manager
4. Final interview with CTO of company.
The offer was given withing a week from the last interview, but the full process took almost two months, which was a bit too long.
